256-bit SSL software is used to encrypt your credit or debit card information when you place an order with us. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure. 

All pages on Smartoy.uk, including our checkout and payment pages are secured. Secured webpages begin with "https://" and depending on the web browser you're using, a padlock symbol in URL field, or a key symbol in the bottom right-hand status bar will be shown.

Whilst we dispatch items almost immediately, we don't hide the fact that our shipping times are slow in some countries, this is unfortunately out of our control. We use Vendors from around the world and delivery times are always going to vary.

If your order hasn't arrived for a prolonged period of time (outside of the original estimate) get in touch with us straight away and we will try and sort this straight away.

Please always check your estimated delivery time before ordering.

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to assist. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address & contact number. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

As we offer worldwide shipping we are not sure which countries will charge this and as such can't predict what would be charged. In our experience this is a very rare occassion. 

We do not collect VAT/GST, administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

We also do not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release. It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of these local regulations and to pay any additional fees that may be imposed by his/her country.
